Cancellation Policy: We have a 24 hr cancellation policy. Cancellations within this timeframe will attract a 50% charge. We regret that non notification of cancellation will attract a 100% charge.

Children: To ensure that all our clients enjoy a peaceful and relaxing experience at Jule, we regret that children/babies are not allowed in treatment areas and cannot be left unattended in the reception area.
