We politely wish to inform you of the following :
Mobile phones may not be used in treatments rooms or the relaxation area.
Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled treatment time in order to complete a consultation form.
Consultation forms must be updated on every visit. We are GDPR compliant for all information held.
If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you in the remaining time. We ask you to understand that during busy periods we cannot allow a late arrival to impact on other clients. The treatment will be charged at full cost even if it has to be curtailed. If your treatment is very short it is possible that it will have to be rescheduled . For Group bookings compensation is only given for the appointments cancelled by us.
All efforts are made by our staff to ensure your treatments run on time, however there may be instances where delays occurr, we would ask you to respect that this may be out of our control and we ask that you be respectful to our staff when this happens.
Health & Safety
Parental authorisation is required for clients under 18 years.
Please advise us at the time of booking if you are expecting. (Expectant Mothers may only have a maternity body treatment after the 13th week).
Unsupervised Children are not allowed in the salon under any circumstances. This also applies to babies in carriers.
Confirmation of Booking & Cancellation Policy:
Bookings can only be secured if reserved with a valid Credit Card or Jule Gift Voucher. If you do not wish to supply us with your credit card detail appointments must be pre-paid.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at full price, we will however honour the treatment without further charge if rebooked within a four day time frame.
For groups of three or more we require a minimum of 48hours notice for cancellation or treatments will be charged at full price.
In exceptional circumstances we may have to cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, in this instance we will offer you an alternative within 48 hours (this may be in another Jule Salon) or if we are unable to do this we will compensate you for the inconvenience with a gift voucher to the value of 50% of the cancelled treatment. Compensation will not be offered if the alternative appointment is rejected. Compensation will not be given if the appointment has not been secured by any of the means above.
Gift Vouchers & Courses
All Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
Gift Vouchers purchased on line will be despatched on day of purchase if purchased before 1pm and on following day for purchases after 1pm. Gift Vouchers purchased after 1pm on Friday will be despatched on the Monday. Gift Vouchers are sent through standard mail or we can send an E Voucher if this is preferred . We offer a 3 month grace period on expiry of Gift Vouchers. Thereafter we have a handling fee of €5 per month which is deducted off the value of the card. Courses are valid for a period of 12 months. Therafter we have a handling fee of €5 per month which is deducted from the value of the course.
(This Policy ensures Financial Compliance ...neither Gift Vouchers nor Courses can be held indefinitely without a return being made to Revenue).
Product may be returned if unopened of merchantable quality and accompanied by a valid receipt within 21days of purchase
Gift Vouchers are non refundable and cannot be used to purchase smaller denomination
Jule Beauty & Therapy reserves the right to change these terms & conditions at any time without prior notification. Jurisdiction: Contract will be governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland and submit to the jurisdiction of the Irish Courts. We reserve the right to refuse any booking. Personal information is processed in accordance with local law and will not be sold to third parties.
